With several major new Hyperscale Data Centres under development in Malaysia and Indonesia, they are seeking a strong Senior Development Manager to join their busy team delivering assets in Malaysia.

With a major project underway in Johor, they are seeking a seasoned Senior Development Manager to join their busy team. This is a large CapEx, greenfield development already in early-stage construction, helping drive the overall development team and supporting in the development of future projects.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record delivering large-scale MEP-intensive projects ideally in the Data Centre environment but other highly complex asset classes will be considered. You will have operated at a corporate level previously and led development projects as the project owner or owner’s representative. You will have experience of the full project life-cycle from planning and design management, through procurement and construction phases into handover and operations. You will have experience overseeing large project teams in demanding build programmes.

You will likely have spent time working with another Tech Giant, Co-location Developer, or Project Management Consultancy. You will have strong stakeholder management and reporting skills as well as a strong appreciation for corporate governance, processes and procedures expected in large international corporations.
