A global consulting and technology firm is seeking a seasoned leader with strong personal and/or commercial lines insurance experience to join as a Senior Director in its growing Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Consulting and Technology practice. This role focuses on delivering innovative consulting and software solutions to insurance clients, aimed at enhancing their business outcomes through improved strategy, advanced analytics, and cutting-edge technology.

This position offers the flexibility to be based in any major U.S. market and is open to remote/virtual work arrangements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with insurance clients and prospects, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives within insurance carriers.

  • Drive new business development, including proposals, scoping, and team assembly.

  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship to consulting teams, with a focus on analytics, business strategy, and operational improvement.

  • Lead technology engagements, especially in rating and pricing, including the demonstration and positioning of proprietary analytics platforms.

  • Represent the firm externally through industry presentations, webinars, publications, and other thought leadership efforts.

  • Contribute to proposition development, intellectual capital, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Achieve sales and billable hour targets.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the P&C insurance sector, with a strong foundation in Pricing and Analytics.

  • Proven track record in senior leadership roles at insurance carriers or consulting firms.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of P&C insurance products and operations across the value chain.

  • Experience leading large-scale, complex consulting or technology projects.

  • Strong understanding of rating engines and the application of analytics in underwriting and pricing.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Fellowship in the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) or equivalent designation.

  • Familiarity with industry-leading analytics and rating platforms.

  • Deep knowledge of the North American insurance landscape.
