Our client is a leading name in Hospitality Interior Design, with an enviable track record delivering some of the world’s most iconic luxury hotel and resort projects. Renowned for their refined design sensibility, strong technical capability, and deep understanding of brand-led hospitality environments, they continue to be a trusted design partner across Thailand and the wider Southeast Asia region.

As such, they are looking for a creative and detail-driven FF&E specialist to take ownership of the conceptualisation, development, and delivery of FF&E packages across multiple live luxury hospitality projects. Reporting to the Studio Director, you will play a pivotal role working between various Design Directors, acting as a key link between concept design and project execution.

In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for developing FF&E concepts, preparing detailed specifications, sourcing and coordinating with local and international suppliers, and ensuring that design intent, quality, and brand standards are consistently achieved. You will contribute to furniture, lighting, materials, and accessory selections from concept through to site implementation, supporting projects across all design stages.

A key part of the role will be managing FF&E packages across several concurrent projects, balancing creative vision with budget, programme, procurement, and technical constraints. At Senior level, you will also support and mentor junior designers, review outputs, and act as a trusted FF&E design resource within the studio.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Interior Design or a related discipline, with a proven track record delivering luxury hospitality projects in Thailand or the wider Southeast Asia region. You will have strong technical knowledge of FF&E, excellent supplier and vendor coordination skills, and experience working with leading international and regional hospitality brands. Familiarity with local procurement processes and site coordination in Thailand will be highly advantageous.

A passion for luxury design, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into buildable FF&E solutions are essential. You will be collaborative, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment alongside multiple stakeholders.
