Our client is a leading name in Luxury Hospitality Interior Design, with an enviable track record delivering some of the Middle East’s and world’s most iconic luxury hotel and resort projects. Renowned for their refined design approach, technical excellence, and deep understanding of brand-led hospitality environments, they have built a strong reputation across the UAE and wider Middle East. With several high-profile developments in Dubai now resuming and progressing into active design and delivery stages, they are seeking to strengthen their regional studio.
As such, they are looking for an FF&E Designer / Senior FF&E Designer to take ownership of FF&E design development across multiple luxury hospitality projects based in Dubai and the wider GCC. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with the Studio Director and Design Directors, acting as a key link between concept design and project delivery. You will be responsible for developing FF&E concepts, preparing detailed specifications, coordinating with regional and international suppliers, and ensuring that design intent, quality, and brand standards are consistently achieved.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the look and feel of luxury interiors, contributing to furniture, lighting, materials, and accessory selections from concept through to site implementation. A key part of the role will be managing FF&E packages across several live projects in the Middle East, balancing creative vision with budget, programme, procurement, and technical constraints. At Senior level, you will also support and mentor junior designers, review work outputs, and act as a trusted FF&E design resource within the Dubai studio.
The successful candidate will be qualified in Interior Design or a related discipline, with a proven track record delivering luxury hospitality projects in the UAE or wider Middle East region. You will bring strong technical knowledge of FF&E, excellent supplier and vendor coordination skills, and experience working with leading international and regional hospitality brands. Familiarity with local procurement processes, site coordination, and fast-paced delivery environments will be highly advantageous.
A passion for luxury design, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into deliverable FF&E solutions are all critical to success in this role. You will be expected to work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and suppliers, contributing positively to both project outcomes and studio culture.
