Our client is a leading name in Hospitality Interior Design, with an enviable track record delivering some of the world’s most iconic luxury hotel and resort projects. Renowned for their refined design approach, technical excellence, and deep understanding of brand-led hospitality environments, they have built a strong reputation across the region and are now entering a renewed phase of project activity, with several high-profile developments resuming and moving into active design and delivery stages.
As such, they are looking for an FF&E Designer / Senior FF&E Designer to take ownership of FF&E design development across multiple luxury hospitality projects. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with the Studio Director and Design Directors, acting as a key link between concept design and project delivery. You will be responsible for developing FF&E concepts, preparing detailed specifications, coordinating with suppliers and consultants, and ensuring that design intent, quality, and brand standards are consistently achieved.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the look and feel of luxury interiors, contributing to furniture, lighting, materials, and accessory selections from concept through to site implementation. A key part of the role will be managing FF&E packages across several live projects, balancing creative vision with budget, programme, and technical constraints. At Senior level, you will also support and mentor junior designers, review work outputs, and act as a trusted design resource within the studio.
The successful candidate will be qualified in Interior Design or a related discipline, with a proven track record of delivering luxury hospitality projects within the region. You will have strong technical knowledge of FF&E, excellent supplier and vendor coordination skills, and experience working with leading hospitality brands. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced studio environment will be essential.
A passion for luxury design, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into deliverable FF&E solutions are all critical to success in this role. You will be expected to work closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and suppliers, contributing positively to both project outcomes and studio culture.
