Our client is a rapidly expanding Corporate Interior Design & Build firm with a strong presence across Asia. Renowned for delivering high-quality, design-led workplace environments, they are experiencing sustained demand across the region and are continuing to grow both geographically and within their Kuala Lumpur studio.

As part of this growth, they are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working on high-profile corporate interior projects across Malaysia and the wider region.

In this role, you will take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, leading design development and ensuring consistency in design intent at every stage. You will produce compelling presentation materials, including 3D visuals, mood boards, and client decks, confidently communicating design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Working both independently and collaboratively, you will partner closely with project leaders, engineers, and quantity surveying teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality outcomes.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all design solutions are accurately documented and implemented within drawings and specifications, as well as conducting site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with approved designs.

The successful candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline, with strong experience delivering corporate office interior projects. You will demonstrate strong conceptual design and space planning capabilities, alongside a solid understanding of construction methodologies and detailing. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office is essential.

You will be a confident communicator with strong client-facing skills, able to manage relationships and present ideas effectively. A collaborative mindset, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach are key to success in this role.
