Our client is a leading international workplace interior design and build firm, recognised for delivering innovative, high-quality solutions for global corporations across the Asia-Pacific region. With a strong reputation for transforming workplaces and an ambitious strategy for regional growth, they have built a solid foundation in Singapore. 

As such, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile workplace projects, taking full ownership from pre-construction through to completion. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing contractors and consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will drive programme management, cost control, risk mitigation, and construction coordination across multiple concurrent projects.

You will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration between design and delivery, working closely with internal design teams and external stakeholders to translate concepts into buildable, high-performing workplace environments. A critical part of the role will involve managing client relationships, leading project meetings, resolving on-site challenges, and maintaining clear communication across all project phases.

The successful candidate will bring a strong track record delivering corporate interior fit-out and design & build projects in Singapore or across the region. You will have deep knowledge of construction processes, strong commercial awareness, and proven experience managing complex, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders. Experience working within a design & build contractor or project management consultancy environment will be highly advantageous.

You will be a confident leader and communicator, with the ability to manage teams, influence stakeholders, and drive project outcomes under tight timelines. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach are essential.
