Responsibilities:

• Preserve and generate sales revenue through strong client and community relationships.
• Develop comprehensive proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs, incorporating both traditional and digital strategies.
• Design and implement cross-platform advertising programs.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of advertisers and present proposals to clients.
• Input client orders into the MediaOS system.
• Plan and create client artwork, sourcing materials and adhering to tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with sales support staff for final artwork approval and ad placement.
• Oversee projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable Team to ensure timely payment collection.
• Accurately project and forecast sales.
• Work with team members and managers to achieve individual and team goals.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, such as events, content, and web services.
• Assist at events, including those outside traditional working hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years’ experience in external and direct sales across various media formats, including radio, television, print, magazines, digital marketing, and events.
• Proven account management skills at a senior level, with the ability to effectively present proposals to clients.
• Familiarity with MediaOS and/or Marketron software is advantageous.
• Proficient in traditional and digital products and strategies, with experience in developing cross-platform advertising programs.
