Site Team Leader, Data Centre ICT – Project Management Consultancy – Singapore

As the region welcomes a new wave of hyperscale investment, we’re looking for a Data Center Team Lead (Technician) to take charge of structured cabling delivery inside some of Singapore’s most critical data centres.
You won’t be behind the scenes — you’ll be on the floor, leading copper and fibre installations, coordinating rack-and-stack, and keeping every connection clean, labelled, tested, and online. It’s hands-on, high-impact work where every patch cable and port matters.
You’ll supervise small site teams and third-party vendors, making sure cabling standards (TIA/EIA-568, TIA-942) are followed to the letter. You’ll troubleshoot with OTDRs and loopback tools, document cable maps, and submit progress reports with clarity and confidence.
