With an expanding project pipeline across Asia, they are entering an exciting phase of growth and are now seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Technical Interior Designer to join their team.

As such, they are looking for a Technical Interior Designer with proven expertise in workplace fit-out delivery, who can take ownership of design validation, documentation, and site-level coordination. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for ensuring design intent is successfully translated into execution, managing drawings and tender packages, and working closely with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless delivery. You will also oversee value engineering, material specifications, and compliance with standards, balancing cost, quality, and time throughout the project lifecycle.

You will play a pivotal role in bridging design and construction, reviewing drawings, conducting site visits, and supporting project managers with stakeholder coordination and procurement processes. A key part of the role will be producing design deliverables such as 3D renders, mood boards, and lookbooks, while also developing in-house material libraries and exploring new innovations in workplace design.

The successful candidate will bring at least 8 years of experience in corporate/workplace interior design and build projects, with a strong technical mindset and hands-on expertise in construction methodologies and MEP coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and presentation tools is essential, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A passion for design detail, a solutions-driven approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be key to success.
