Renowned for their expertise in complex infrastructure, they are now entering an exciting phase of expansion with a major Data Centre project underway in Kuala Lumpur. In line with this growth, they are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Manager to join their project team and help shape the future of digital infrastructure in the region.

As such, they are looking for a T&C Manager to take full ownership of the testing and commissioning process across this large-scale, high-performance facility. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all commissioning activities to ensure systems operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design intent and client requirements.

You will play a pivotal role in managing MEP systems validation, coordinating with consultants, contractors, OEM vendors, and client teams to deliver a fully tested, compliant, and operational facility. This includes reviewing method statements and test scripts, overseeing functional and integrated systems testing, managing punch lists, and leading final handover documentation. A deep understanding of commissioning processes, quality assurance, and mission-critical operational requirements will be essential, along with the ability to work effectively across disciplines in a high-pressure, fast-track environment.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in Data Centres, high-tech industrial developments, or complex building services environments, with a strong background in MEP systems and commissioning management. Familiarity with Malaysian regulations, energy standards, and mission-critical best practices is essential. You should be confident leading integrated systems testing (IST), managing cross-functional commissioning teams, and ensuring that all critical systems meet performance criteria prior to handover. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
