US Senior Legal Counsel (Entertainment/ Technology/ Hospitality)

Our client, a fast-growing Entertainment/Technology company with a global presence, is looking to expand their legal team with a Senior Legal Counsel hire based the US.
Reporting to a Global Head of Legal, this counsel will be part of a global legal team that will be responsible in supporting business transactions in the region in across the Americas.
The ideal candidate is:-
– US qualified lawyer with experience in the Entertainment/Media/Hospitality industries
– 10 PQE to 20 PQE, practiced with top law firms or reputable in-house teams
– Strong experience in corporate M&A/ capital markets, IT /IP /Licensing, Data Protection and Privacy
– Adaptable, commercially-savvy, energetic
This will be an exciting role for a mid-level, seasoned lawyer to be part of the growth story within a dynamic organisation – working to facilitate transactions and partnerships with the biggest names in the Entertainment industry.
