Responsibilities:

• Working alongside the Business Development Manager, drive annual business planning for all groups
• Provide business intelligence on competitors, and global market activity, and identifying potential opportunities in key markets, as well as client and prospect research.
• Leading and/or providing support for the execution of business development initiatives including; sponsorships, speaking engagements, directory and client award submissions.
• Manage budgets and report on progress of marketing plans and key initiatives.
• Work with all shareholders to effectively use CRM system.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or Law from an internationally recognized university would be advantageous
• Two+ years of relevant experience in marketing and business development in professional services
• Knowledge of core marketing principles and processes.
• A confident self-starter, with sound judgement, positive energy, and a strategic mindset, who will win the trust of, and build relationships with, all key stakeholders.
• Superior communications skills, including written and verbal, as well as outstanding organizational skills, and project management experience.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team, including following set workflows, processes and policies.
