Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary design and engineering firm, headquartered in Kuwait, with a network of offices across the Middle East and North Africa, they have a reputation for design and delivery on major projects in the building and infrastructure environment around the world.

As part of an initiative to develop their global Interior Design practice, they are seeking a number of key positions, including several Associate Director level positions to lead teams of designers on projects across the Middle East region. As an Associate Director, you will have responsibility for client management, as well as leading teams of designers to drive design projects in multiple locations across the Middle East. Projects can range from corporate office fit-outs, hotels and luxury residential to retail malls, education projects and office buildings.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Architecture or Interior Design and have a strong track record in the delivery of high-profile projects across a variety of typographies. You will be a recognised figure in the market with a strong existing client network and be very comfortable in the work-winning environment with strong commercial acumen as well as leadership capabilities. You must be committed to at least a 2-year contract in Kuwait.
