Our client is a leading Global Project & Cost Management Consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering highly complex projects and working with leading international clients around the world.

They are currently in the process of putting together a team to deliver a multi-million dollar Semiconductor plant in Taiwan and are keen to speak to Quantity Surveying and Cost Management candidates with strong experience in delivering highly complex Semi-conductor plant projects. You will have experience delivering QS, Cost and Contracts functions for large greenfield or brownfield highly technical projects, ideally in Taiwan. This will be a seconded role into the clients internal projects team.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying or Procurement. You will be familiar with Singapore construction regulations as well as procurement and contractor networks. You will likely have experience working in a clients representative environment or within a major EPCM firm. You will have a strong background working with the CSA packages associated with high-tech manufacturing facilities or data centres.
