Invenio have been retained by an extremely exclusive CxO advisory firm to secure an US New Business Sales Director to join their growing team based in Denver, CO.

The organization are highly exclusive and discrete, they don’t have a digital presence, and this is by design, yet they do have a significant presence in the boardrooms, of the most of major organizations globally, think Apple, Meta, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Pfizer, Colgate, AMEX etc. They also have a significant UK and Asia presence.

The role:
US Sales Director, an Individual Contributor position, reporting directly to the Head of the US business and supported by an opportunity generation team and an admin / client follow-up team. Fully qualified client meetings are arranged for you, you receive a comprehensive briefing pack, so that you are extremely well prepared – All this is designed to enable you take the meeting and progress/close the sale – this really is a dream position in that respect!

• Develop, own and implement the sales strategy plan for the US. assigned territories aimed at further developing net new logo acquisition.
• Meet personal and team quarterly and annual sales and activity targets.
• Develop sales pipeline and report on sales status weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Segmenting and prioritizing the US territory for maximum results.
• Developing a high volume, knowledge based, ‘challenger’ led sales style
• Working collaboratively with marketing and research teams to gain the necessary support to optimize sales success.
