Our client is a leading operator in the flexible office space, with a rapidly expanding presence across Singapore. Renowned for their dynamic service model and customer-centric approach, they have built a strong foundation and are now entering a new phase of growth, with exciting plans to open new centres and expand their service offering nationwide. In line with this strategic expansion, they are seeking a commercially driven and people-focused Country Manager to lead the next stage of development.

As such, they are looking for a Country Manager to take full ownership of national operations, team performance, and commercial results. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for setting strategic direction, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that operational excellence is delivered across a multi-site network. You will drive sales performance, enhance customer experience, and identify new market opportunities, ensuring growth in both revenue and footprint.

You will play a pivotal role in building a high-performance culture, developing a large, vibrant workforce, and ensuring that all locations operate to consistently high standards. A key part of the role will be managing the national P&L, maintaining commercial agility, and executing plans that respond quickly to market dynamics. With a strong focus on expansion, you will also be responsible for identifying and delivering new centre openings, working closely with both local stakeholders and group leadership.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader with a strong sales and commercial background, a proven track record of P&L responsibility, and experience in a multi-site environment. You will have excellent attention to detail, a deep understanding of operational performance levers, and a hands-on approach to driving both top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency. Previous experience in managing young and dynamic teams will be highly advantageous.
