Our client is an exciting Extended Stay & Lifestyle Living operating platform, expanding rapidly in the region. Private Equity owned, they have been established for several years and now have a portfolio of multiple operating assets in several jurisdictions around South East Asia. As part of their strategic growth plan, they are seeking a senior Sales & Commercial candidate to join their busy team headquartered in Phuket.

Reporting the the Regional Properties General Manager, the Sales & Commercial Director will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of Sales and Marketing professionals to drive occupancy within their operating portfolio, especially within the corporate accommodation markets. With an existing team in place, you will be responsible for managing their existing retail sales channels as well as driving the growth of their corporate partnerships and relationships. 

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Corporate Sales within the Hospitality or Extended Stay markets. You will have strong existing relationships with corporate entities requiring longer-term accommodation solutions for their staff in both Phuket and Bangkok. You will have prior experience managing digital marketing channels and relationships with online travel agencies, as well as representing your company and brand at sales fairs as well as the onsite sales office. You will have experience leading and managing a small sales team and a demonstrable track record in driving sales and occupancy in the hospitality and extended stay environments. Thai language skills are prerequisite for this position to engage with local business.
