Our client is a leading player in the real estate and property consultancy space, with a rapidly growing Project Management division delivering high-value, mission-critical developments across Southeast Asia. Renowned for their technical excellence and delivery capability, they have built a strong regional footprint and are now entering a new phase of growth with the development of a major Data Centre project in Johor, Malaysia.

In line with this strategic expansion, they are seeking an experienced and detail-driven P6 Planner to join the local delivery team and play a key role in ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and project controls on this high-profile build.

As such, they are looking for a P6 Planner to take full ownership of the project schedule, interface with multidisciplinary teams, and provide robust planning support throughout the lifecycle of the project. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the master schedule in Primavera P6, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and enabling timely project delivery.

You will play a vital part in supporting project decision-making, tracking progress, and identifying risks or delays early, contributing directly to successful execution. A key focus of the role will be generating accurate progress reports and scenario planning, maintaining visibility and control over time-related project objectives.

The successful candidate will be highly analytical, with deep technical expertise in Primavera P6 and a proven track record in project planning on complex construction or engineering projects. Experience in data centres, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure builds will be highly advantageous.

A hands-on, collaborative approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams are all essential. You will be expected to take initiative, work proactively to resolve issues, and contribute to a culture of planning excellence and accountability on-site.
