Estimator – Interior Contractor – Singapore

Our client is one of the world’s leading Interior Contracting firms. With strong demand for their services for large-scale fit-out and refurbishment programmes in Singapore, they are currently seeking a number of Estimators to join their busy team.
As such they are seeking several Estimators with strong experience in the fast-paced interior fit-out and A&A markets in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Estimating, you will be responsible for producing cost estimates for tenders including the pricing of materials and labour, as well as evaluating subcontractor quotes amongst other activities.
The successful candidate will be qualified in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or another related degree and have a demonstrable track record in successfully tendering large-scale fit-out and A&A projects in the Singapore markets. You will have strong supplier networks and be familiar with costs and codes for the Singapore construction industry. You will currently be in Singapore, ideally with existing right to work.
