Renowned for their expertise in complex infrastructure, they are now entering an exciting phase of expansion with a major Data Centre project underway in Kuala Lumpur. In line with this growth, they are seeking a diligent and technically capable MEP Clerk of Works to join their site supervision team and help shape the future of digital infrastructure in the region.

As such, they are looking for an MEP Clerk of Works to take responsibility for day-to-day monitoring of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations across this large-scale, high-performance facility. In this vital quality assurance role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP works are executed to the required specifications, codes, and industry best practices.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the project’s technical team by overseeing workmanship, material usage, and compliance with approved drawings and method statements. This includes conducting routine inspections, identifying non-conformances, verifying corrective actions, and producing detailed daily reports. A thorough understanding of local regulations, MEP systems, and construction sequencing will be essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary project environment.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in Data Centres, high-tech industrial projects, or large-scale building services environments, with a strong background in MEP supervision and quality control. Familiarity with Malaysian building codes, inspection procedures, and mission-critical site protocols is essential. You should be confident in identifying issues on site, liaising with contractors, and helping to maintain a zero-defect culture.
A diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering is preferred.
