Renowned for their expertise in complex infrastructure, they are now entering an exciting phase of expansion with a major Data Centre project underway in Kuala Lumpur. In line with this growth, they are seeking a diligent and technically capable CSA Clerk of Works to join their site supervision team and help shape the future of digital infrastructure in the region.

As such, they are looking for a CSA Clerk of Works to take responsibility for the day-to-day monitoring of civil, structural, and architectural works across this large-scale, high-performance facility. In this vital quality assurance role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all CSA works are executed in line with approved specifications, drawings, and construction standards.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the project’s technical and construction teams by overseeing workmanship, material installation, and compliance with method statements and local building codes. This includes performing regular site inspections, identifying non-conformances, coordinating rectifications, and maintaining detailed site records. A sound knowledge of CSA disciplines, construction sequencing, and regulatory requirements will be essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary project environment.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in Data Centres, high-tech industrial projects, or large-scale construction environments, with a strong background in CSA supervision and quality control. Familiarity with Malaysian construction codes, site inspection protocols, and mission-critical infrastructure practices is essential. You should be confident reviewing work-in-progress, identifying defects, and ensuring adherence to design and regulatory requirements.
A Diploma or Certificate in Civil, Structural, or Architectural disciplines is preferred.

A detail-oriented mindset, strong observational skills, and a proactive approach are critical for success in this role. You will be expected to enforce the highest standards of quality, support construction safety, and contribute to a zero-defect delivery culture on site.
