Renowned for their technical expertise and commitment to precision, they have established a solid foundation and are now entering a new phase of growth, with hyperscale investments driving demand for large-scale ICT project delivery. In line with this expansion, they are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Senior ICT Project Manager to take ownership of structured cabling and ICT systems across Singapore’s most advanced data centres.

As such, they are looking for a Senior ICT Project Manager to take full ownership of ICT project delivery, from planning and design through to handover. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for managing structured cabling projects end-to-end, leading on-site teams and third-party vendors, and ensuring installations are completed on time, on budget, and in strict compliance with international standards. You will coordinate copper and fibre cabling, rack-and-stack deployment, and connectivity testing, while overseeing troubleshooting, documentation, and reporting with precision and confidence.

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence across live data centre environments, ensuring that every system meets both client requirements and industry best practices. A key part of the role will be supervising contractors and technicians on the ground, guaranteeing adherence to standards such as TIA/EIA-568 and TIA-942, while managing progress reporting and stakeholder communications with clarity.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader with a proven track record in ICT or structured cabling project management, ideally within data centres or other mission-critical facilities. You will have excellent technical knowledge of copper and fibre installations, testing methodologies, and troubleshooting tools, combined with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Strong organisational skills, a hands-on leadership style, and the ability to inspire confidence across teams and clients alike will be vital to success.
