Our client is a leading office interior design and build company with a rapidly expanding portfolio of corporate workspace projects across India and the region. Renowned for their design innovation, project excellence, and client-focused delivery, they have built a strong foundation and are now entering a new phase of growth, with exciting plans to deliver larger, more complex commercial interiors and expand their service offering.

As part of this expansion, they are seeking an MEP Site Construction Manager to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of multiple high-end corporate workplace interior fit-out and refurbishment projects. In this critical on-site leadership role, you will be responsible for coordinating MEP installation, commissioning, and integration, ensuring that all systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and performance.

You will manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers, driving progress and resolving technical issues in real time to maintain seamless project execution. The role demands a deep understanding of MEP systems within commercial interiors, as well as the ability to interpret design intent and translate it into precise, on-site execution. Close collaboration with design, project management, and client teams will be essential to achieve successful delivery outcomes.

Key responsibilities include monitoring site activities, supervising MEP works and testing, managing procurement and scheduling of services, and ensuring all installations comply with safety codes and local authority regulations. You will also contribute to project planning, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance coordination between MEP, architectural, and interior finishes.

The successful candidate will be a technically strong, detail-oriented professional with at least 5–7 years’ experience in MEP coordination and site management within commercial fit-out or design and build environments. You will have a proven track record in delivering projects on time and to specification, with excellent technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced project settings.
