Our client is a leading office interior design and build company with a rapidly expanding portfolio of corporate workspace projects across India and the region. Renowned for their design innovation, project excellence, and client-focused delivery, they have built a strong foundation and are now entering a new phase of growth, with exciting plans to deliver larger, more complex commercial interiors and expand their service offering. 

As such, they are looking for a Construction Manager to take full ownership of on-site operations, project schedules, and quality outcomes across multiple high-end corporate workplace interior fit-out and refurbishment projects. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for managing site teams, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of workmanship and design integrity.

You will oversee all site activities, monitor progress, and proactively address technical and logistical challenges to maintain seamless execution and client satisfaction. The role demands a strong contracting background and an ability to manage execution from the ground up, including coordination, supervision, and troubleshooting across complex fit-out environments.

You will play a pivotal role in upholding the company’s reputation for excellence, driving efficiency, accountability, and communication across all construction phases, and ensuring alignment between design, project management, and client stakeholders. A key part of the role will involve managing procurement, resource forecasting, and contractor coordination, while ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices that enhance project delivery and operational control on site.

The successful individual will be a detail-oriented, hands-on leader with at least 5–6 years’ experience in commercial interior fit-out or design and build contracting environments. You will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with excellent technical knowledge of fit-out construction processes, joinery details, MEP systems, and civil interiors. Experience in interpreting and executing detailed drawings and managing on-ground contractor coordination is essential.
