Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in law, accountancy, business studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute.
- Experience in law/accountancy firm.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of transaction documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Corporate Administrators and a complex portfolio of client companies.
- Interpret transactions, prepare resolutions and agreements, and update records.
- Develop understanding of key client businesses and assist with implementation of participation schemes and investment structures.
- Ensure compliance for Cayman entities, including SPACs, and liaise with structuring teams and advisors.
- Provide transaction support, assist junior Administrators, and manage ad hoc projects.
