Our client is a rapidly expanding Corporate Interior Design & Build firm in the Asia region. With a strong and growing project pipeline, they are continuing to see high demand for their services and are expanding their team in Singapore.

As such, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering workplace interior design and build projects in Singapore. This role will involve managing projects end-to-end locally, while also providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) support on regional projects as required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all stages of the project lifecycle, including scope definition, design coordination, tendering, construction, commissioning, and handover. You will develop and manage detailed project plans, lead project teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also administer contracts and manage consultants, contractors, and suppliers, while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.

Working closely with the Associate Director, you will support broader project management activities and contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, fee negotiations, client meetings, and presentations. You will maintain accurate project documentation, track decisions and approvals, and provide regular project status reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, or another construction-related discipline. You will have extensive experience delivering corporate office fit-out projects within the interior design and build environment, typically ranging from 5,000 to 40,000+ sq ft. Strong local sub-contractor relationships, sound commercial judgement, and the ability to manage programmes, costs, and quality are essential. Experience with educational or life sciences facilities will also be highly desirable.

You will be highly client-facing, confident in managing stakeholder expectations, and capable of representing the business professionally at a senior level. You may be an established Project Manager ready to step into a senior role, or a Senior Project Manager seeking a new challenge within a growing organisation. A commercially minded approach and strong communication skills are critical to success in this role.
