Our client is a leading Project Management Consultancy engaged by a major Global Financial Institution undertaking a transformation of their corporate office environment in Singapore. With a significant restack programme planned across approximately 50,000 square feet, they have built a clear vision for a modern, efficient and future-ready workplace and are now entering a new phase of delivery. 

As such, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery, team coordination and stakeholder management. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for planning and executing the full 18-month restack programme, managing cross-functional internal teams and working closely with external contractors and consultants to ensure seamless delivery. You will drive project performance, maintain control of timelines and budgets, and create a coordinated environment that supports business continuity throughout the transformation.

You will play a pivotal role in building a high-performance project culture, providing clarity, structure and direction to all involved parties. A key part of the role will be managing senior stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring alignment on scope, progress and decision making. You will lead an internal team comprising a Construction Manager and a Move Manager, while also overseeing external partners to ensure that all phases of work meet the required standards of quality, safety and professionalism.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader with more than 10 years of project management experience and a proven track record of delivering complex office fit-out or restack projects. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication and presentation skills, and the confidence to engage effectively with senior executives. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading both internal and external project teams will be highly advantageous.

A polished and proactive approach, the ability to manage dynamic project environments, and a commitment to structured, high-quality delivery are all essential. You will be expected to lead by example, inspire confidence and maintain a culture of accountability, clarity and collaboration. Your ability to influence, guide and build strong relationships across all functions will be critical to success.
