Our client is a leading Project Management Services provider in the mission-critical facilities sector, with a strong presence in Singapore and a growing pipeline of data centre projects. Known for their reliable delivery and close client partnerships, they are now entering a new phase of project activity. In line with this, they are seeking a practical and site-focused Project Co-ordinator to support a major data centre fit out in a client-seconded role.

As such, they are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to manage daily site coordination, oversee work package activities and support communication between contractors and the client team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring progress on site, maintaining documentation and ensuring that activities remain aligned with project requirements. You will provide a consistent on-site presence and act as the client’s eyes and ears throughout delivery.

You will play a key role in maintaining site organisation, supporting QA and QC checks, escalating issues and helping ensure that all work packages progress smoothly. You will also support meetings, track actions, and contribute to a clear flow of information across the project team.

The successful candidate will bring experience from a contracting or site-based background with a good understanding of construction coordination. You will have strong attention to detail, clear communication skills and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced technical environment. Mandarin language ability is required to liaise with contractors. A degree is not required for this role.

A proactive mindset, strong organisational skills and the ability to build good working relationships are essential. You will be expected to represent the client professionally and support a culture of clarity, coordination and accountability on site. Mandarin skills are essential for providing coherent liaison with contractors.
