In line with this expansion, they are seeking a detail-driven and creative Client Services Co-ordinator to support business development and marketing initiatives in Kuala Lumpur. This role sits at the heart of the client engagement process, focusing on the production of high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral, while ensuring seamless coordination across business development and project teams.

In this fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will be responsible for producing compelling RFI/RFP responses, proposal decks, and client presentations, ensuring all materials are aligned with brand standards and tailored to client requirements. You will play a key role in managing and maintaining the company’s proposal database and marketing library, tracking live opportunities, and supporting the end-to-end submission process. Acting as a central coordination point, you will work closely with business development, marketing, and project delivery teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across all client-facing materials.

You will also contribute to the development of business development content, including brochures, project sheets, and award submissions, while maintaining strong quality control through proofreading, editing, and formatting. In addition, you will support administrative and coordination activities such as meeting organisation, data management, and client communications, helping to streamline internal processes and enhance overall efficiency.

The successful candidate will have 2–4 years’ experience in a proposal, marketing, or presentation-focused role, ideally within the interior design, architecture, or design & build industry. You will hold a degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related discipline, and demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with proposal or procurement platforms such as Ariba will be advantageous.

You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams are essential. A keen eye for design, layout, and storytelling will be key to producing impactful and polished client deliverables.
