Our client is one of the world’s leading Interior Design & Build firms for corporate workplaces, with a rapidly expanding presence across Southeast Asia. Renowned for their creative solutions, delivery excellence, and client-centric approach, they have built a strong foundation in the region and are now entering an exciting new phase of growth, partnering with some of the most ambitious companies in the market. They are continuing to grow their presence in Kuala Lumpur and are now seeking a qualified Architect (LAM Part 3) or Registered Interior Designer to join their team.

As such, they are looking for a design-driven and technically competent professional to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for developing design solutions, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring that all deliverables meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements.

You will play a key role in managing project timelines, preparing design and construction documentation, and liaising with authorities for approvals and submissions. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure smooth coordination across all project stages, maintaining design integrity while delivering practical, buildable solutions.

The successful candidate will be a registered Architect (LAM Part 3) or a Registered Interior Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating both creative and technical capabilities. You will have experience working on projects in Malaysia and a solid understanding of local authority submission processes, building codes, and regulations.

You will bring strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment. A keen eye for detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to balance design intent with technical execution are essential.
