Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Executive teams.
  • Maintain electronic files, records, and documents.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other secretarial tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
  • Manage office supplies and assist with meeting room setup for events.

Requirements

  • Must be Caymanian.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • HR certification or relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 4 years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office at an intermediate level.
