Renowned for their expertise in complex infrastructure, they are now entering an exciting phase of expansion with a major Data Centre project underway in Kuala Lumpur. In line with this growth, they are seeking an experienced and design-focused Architecture Design Manager to join their project team and help shape the future of digital infrastructure in the region.

As such, they are looking for an Architecture Design Manager to take ownership of architectural design delivery, coordination, and compliance across this large-scale, high-performance facility. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for managing the full architectural design process—from concept through construction documentation—ensuring that all design outputs meet client specifications, local regulations, and the technical demands of a mission-critical project.

You will play a pivotal role in leading the design team, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of architectural, MEP, structural, and operational requirements. A deep understanding of regulatory compliance, technical detailing, and quality control will be essential, alongside the ability to drive timely approvals and maintain design integrity in a fast-moving environment.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in Data Centres, high-tech industrial buildings, or other complex infrastructure projects, with a strong background in architectural design management. A sound knowledge of Malaysian building codes, local authority processes, and technical design standards is essential. You should also be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with tight timelines and multidisciplinary coordination requirements. Degree in Architecture or related field; professional accreditation preferred
