Key Responsibilities
• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, executing with
excellence.
• Lead and foster a strong sales culture by building customer loyalty, delivering
personalized shopping experiences, and developing long-term relationships.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while motivating and
supporting team members to do the same.
• Monitor customer demand, assist with the ordering process, and maintain vendor
relationships.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team success.
• Analyze weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance and develop action plans to
drive results.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and developing high-performing team members.
• Build and maintain external community relationships to support sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with store maintenance, loss prevention standards, and accurate
product pricing.
• Participate in and support continuous training initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of retail experience (nutrition/wellness preferred).
• Previous retail or customer service management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and influence others through personal example.
• Proven track record of achieving results both independently and through a team.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and solving complex issues.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including holidays and weekends.
