Associate Director – Fiduciary and Custodial Directorships.
- Manage the provision of directorship and related fiduciary services to a portfolio of fiduciary clients including funds and digital asset structures.
- Act as personal director to regulated or non-regulated client entities alongside other colleagues acting in such capacity.
- Preparation or maintenance of standard corporate documentation, review of transactions and service agreements, drafting of minutes and resolutions, review of financial statements maintenance of corporate and accounting records, oversight of adherence with statutory and regulatory obligations and internal p&ps.
- Provide cover where needed for associated services such as Board Support and Liquidation services.
- Assist with BD activities, new Business queries, fee quotes and onboarding of new client entities.
- Awareness of Cayman regulatory environment and AML/CFT legislation
