Associate Director- Digital Assets/Funds
- The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Directors in the digital assets and funds space. The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in digital assets, DAOs and Web3 clients. The Associate Director, will be responsible for providing client support and assistance to the Director in managing a portfolio of project companies in this space
- The successful candidate will assist the Director in providing clients with governance and oversight including preparing for and attending board meetings, following up on board meeting action items, payment authorizations, accounts administration, contract review, client communications and collaborating with internal stakeholders
- The successful candidate will shadow the Directors inbox and respond to client related queries, new business leads, proposals and document requests
- The successful candidate must be well versed in the digital asset space and understand governance concepts
- The successful candidate will liaise with other internal teams to direct coordinated client service
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant field or profession is required
