Contracts Manager (Seconded) – Data Centre – Malaysia

Our client is a well-established global multi-disciplinary consultancy. With an impressive client base covering international corporates as well as property developers and investors, they have an enviable portfolio of work both domestically in Malaysia as well as the region.
Within their Cost & Contracts division, they are currently delivering a highly technical Data Centre project in Malaysia and require a Contracts Manager with a background in procuring packages, equipment and services, to be seconded to their client on an ongoing basis.
The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level in Quantity Surveying or another construction-related degree. You will likely have worked across highly technical projects with large-value M&E components in the Data Centre, Semi-conductor, High Tech Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical space previously. You must be able to run tender and procurement processes for high-value packages and contracts as well as running the contracts and claims process.
