Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of companies, partnerships, and trusts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Oversee entity incorporation, registration, and ongoing administration, including maintaining electronic minute books.
  • Draft and prepare necessary filings, consents, approvals, licenses, validations, and exemptions as required by law.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed within prescribed timeframes while maintaining strong client and colleague relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of corporate administration experience in a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency in CORIS, CAP, and REEFS systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, if required.
