Our client is a leading Global Project & Cost Management Consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering highly complex projects and working with leading international clients around the world. Having experienced unprecedented growth over the last few years, they are now expanding into a number of new territories, including Malaysia.

With strong demand from their existing client network to deliver projects for them in Malaysia already, they are seeking a strong Project Director level candidate with a track record in the successful delivery of large scale mixed use and commercial and Data Centre development schemes as well as the more traditional corporate office, retail and hospitality projects serviced by the PMC markets.

The successful candidate will also have very strong connections for business development and be able to take on a General Management role being responsible for work winning and client relations as well as operational management of a consultancy P&L. You will possess a relevant technical degree in construction project management, engineering or a related design led degree.
