Our client is one of the region’s fastest-growing international Project Management Consultancies, with a proven track record in delivering high-tech, mission-critical developments across Asia. Renowned for their expertise in complex infrastructure, they are now entering an exciting phase of expansion with a major Data Centre project underway in Kuala Lumpur. In line with this growth, they are seeking an experienced and technically strong CSA Manager to join their project team and help shape the future of digital infrastructure in the region.

As such, they are looking for a CSA Manager to take ownership of the civil, structural, and architectural scope across this large-scale, high-performance facility. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for managing CSA design coordination, site execution, and compliance, ensuring that all works align with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.

You will play a pivotal role in managing contractors and consultants, overseeing structural and architectural packages, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones. This includes reviewing design documentation, supporting procurement, managing construction activities, and ensuring high-quality workmanship on-site. A deep understanding of local authority requirements, QA/QC protocols, and technical standards will be essential, along with the ability to manage coordination with MEP and other disciplines in a fast-paced, mission-critical project environment.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in Data Centres, high-tech industrial buildings, or other complex infrastructure projects, with a strong background in civil and structural engineering and architectural delivery. A solid knowledge of Malaysian building codes, site safety practices, and technical construction requirements is essential. You should be confident working with consultants and contractors to drive efficient and compliant delivery from design through handover. Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
