Based in either Singapore or Bali, and reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer, the Development Director will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing new development opportunities across Asia and other high-impact global markets. The role is integral to shaping a future portfolio that reflects the soul of the brand, through partnerships that prioritise integrity, purpose, and cultural alignment.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in hotel development, ideally in the luxury or lifestyle space, with experience closing joint ventures and management agreements across diverse markets. You’ll be entrepreneurial, commercially astute, and deeply attuned to the nuances of brand and experience that define world-class hospitality.
