Our client is a leading global construction and project management consultancy with a strong track record delivering some of the world’s most complex and high-profile developments. With an established presence across Asia Pacific and a growing portfolio of mission-critical projects, they are at the forefront of supporting hyperscale and enterprise clients in the delivery of next-generation data centre infrastructure.  Having built a solid foundation in the data centre market, they are now entering a new phase of project expansion.

Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their Singapore team and support the delivery of a 50MW greenfield data centre development. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to one of Singapore’s landmark mission-critical projects while working within a globally respected consultancy environment.

As the Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing project documentation and information flows across the full project lifecycle. Acting as a central point of coordination between project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, you will ensure that all project documents are accurately controlled, distributed, tracked, and maintained in accordance with project procedures and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in document control within large-scale construction, infrastructure, data centre, or mission-critical projects. Experience working within a project management consultancy, engineering consultancy, or major contractor environment will be highly regarded.

You will possess strong knowledge of document management systems, revision control processes, transmittals, project reporting, and information management best practices. Experience supporting multidisciplinary project teams and managing large volumes of technical documentation within fast-paced project environments will be advantageous.

This role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be proactive, methodical, and capable of maintaining accuracy while managing multiple priorities and strict project deadlines.
