Our client is a leading global construction and project management consultancy with a strong track record of delivering some of the world’s most complex and high-profile developments. With an established presence across the Asia Pacific region and a growing portfolio of mission-critical projects, they are at the forefront of supporting hyperscale and enterprise clients in the delivery of next-generation data centre infrastructure.  Having built a solid foundation in the data centre market, they are now entering a new phase of project expansion.

Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their Singapore team and play a key role in the delivery of a 50MW greenfield data centre development. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to one of Singapore’s landmark mission-critical projects while working within a globally respected consultancy environment.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will lead the day-to-day construction delivery of the project, acting as the client’s representative throughout the execution phase. Working closely with contractors, consultants, vendors, and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering large-scale data centre, mission-critical, industrial, or major infrastructure projects from construction through commissioning and handover. Experience working within a project management consultancy, client-side organisation, or leading contractor environment will be highly regarded.

You will demonstrate strong expertise in construction management, contractor coordination, project controls, programme management, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement. Previous experience delivering hyperscale or colocation data centres, or other highly complex MEP-intensive developments, will be advantageous.

This role requires a commercially minded and proactive project leader who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders, drive construction progress, resolve site-based challenges, and maintain project objectives within a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills are essential, together with the ability to manage complex construction activities across multidisciplinary teams.
