Executive Assistant/Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Diary and calendar management for the Executive
  • Organising daily schedule
  • Manage a junior administrator 
  • Assist, organise and manage the team
  • Liaise with clients, third parties, and customers
  • Prepare documents, forms. minutes for meetings
  • Analyse data and prepare reports
  • Work closely with marketing team to plan events
  • Send out newsletters to clients
  • Manage the systems and ensure records are accurate and uptodate
  • Projects/admin/any tasks as required by the team

Requirements:

  • Five years + PA/EA experience 
  • Proficient in MOS
  • Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills 
  • Ability to multi task 
  • Proactive, flexible attitude 
  • Work in a high volume environment and meet deadlines
  • Fast typing/shorthand skills
  • Ideally have a Bachelors/Associates degree or equivalent
