Our client is a leading EPCM Contractor expanding in the region. Having won a number of projects recently across the Data Centre, Corporate Fit-out, and Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sectors, they are seeking an experienced Estimating & Pre-Construction Leader to spearhead their growing work-winning function.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in the EPCM project delivery environment and have a demonstrable track record in the pricing, bidding, and delivery of Data Centre, Corporate Fit-out, and Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences projects in the GMP environment. You will have experience working with multi-disciplinary teams across a variety of projects from greenfield new build facilities to extensions and repurposing projects. You will be a dynamic leader, skilled in the management of work-winning teams in the construction environment, and be well-versed in bidding and work-winning within the high-tech construction markets in Singapore and the region.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or another related degree. You will be familiar with Singapore construction pricing and standards and the delivery of GMP facilities. You will likely have spent time in a Commercial or Work Winning function for a major contractor in the Singapore market.
