Responsibilities:

• Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts in compliance with labor laws.
• Manage visa and work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations while ensuring compliance with Cayman Islands regulations.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation packages, conducting market research to maintain competitiveness.
• Develop and oversee performance review processes, setting KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
• Create, update, and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
• Administer employee insurance programs, ensuring coverage is up-to-date and cost-effective.
• Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring fairness and compliance.
• Maintain HR records, contracts, and confidential employee data in compliance with data protection standards.
• Manage and optimize HR software, ensuring proper functionality, data security, and user training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a private family office, high-net-worth, or international setting.
• Strong knowledge of Cayman Islands labor laws and immigration processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach to HR challenges.
