Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives and employment legislation.
  • Partner with leadership teams to support workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Oversee recruitment activities, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations matters, performance issues, and workplace concerns.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Lead HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Significant HR experience, including experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and employee relations principles.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
