HR Manager

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience
- Associate or Bachelors in HR or Business Admin is a bonus
- Professional certification/ diploma in HR Management or Admin
- Strong organization and record management skills
- Ability to bring integrity and impartiality to the team
- Knowledge of Cayman Islands labor laws and regulations is a bonus
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the provision of professional advise, guidance and service to all area in recruitment, HR management, employee relations, and personal admin
- Prepare and process HR correspondence such as employment agreements, health insurance, and pension
- Scheduling interviews, background checks, and liaising with candidates
- Submit work permits
- Organize and complete the new employee onboarding checklist
- Manage attendance and leave records and other information
