Renowned for their expertise in complex infrastructure, they are now entering an exciting phase of expansion with a major Data Centre project underway in Kuala Lumpur. In line with this growth, they are seeking an experienced and safety-focused HSE Manager to join their project team and help shape the future of digital infrastructure in the region.

As such, they are looking for an HSE Manager to take full ownership of health, safety, and environmental performance across this large-scale, high-performance facility. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE plans, monitoring compliance, and fostering a culture of safety across all site operations.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that contractors, consultants, and site teams operate within approved safety frameworks. This includes conducting risk assessments, managing audits and inspections, leading incident investigations, and ensuring full compliance with Malaysian safety regulations and international best practices. A deep understanding of HSE legislation, hazard management, and construction safety protocols will be essential, along with the ability to engage teams at all levels to embed a proactive and accountable safety culture.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in Data Centres, high-tech industrial projects, or large-scale construction environments, with a strong background in HSE leadership. Familiarity with local safety legislation, international standards (such as ISO 45001), and the demands of mission-critical projects is essential. You should be confident driving compliance in a fast-paced, high-risk environment and capable of responding swiftly to evolving site conditions. Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field 

A disciplined mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and unwavering attention to detail are critical for success in this role. You will be expected to champion safety excellence, lead by example, and deliver HSE outcomes that support project goals without compromise.
