Our client is one of Indochina’s premier investment organisations with a very strong Real Estate Investment platform. Based in Vietnam they are widely regarded as one of the region’s premier organisations for Investment Management.

As such, they are seeking an Investment Director specialised in the Industrial & Logistics properties market in Vietnam to join a newly formed platform inside their business. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record originating and executing real estate acquisitions, land deals, and property development projects in the Vietnam market. Experience dealing with industrial assets would be an advantage but exposure to broader spectrum asset classes would also be welcome. Strong networks with the government and landowners are essential for this position.

You will be qualified in Real Estate, Finance, or another related degree and have likely studied or worked abroad previously. The successful candidate must be fully bilingual in English and Vietnamese in order to communicate effectively internally and externally. Geographically this role will be based in HCMC but will involve nationwide travel and occasional international travel.
