Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive and team schedules, coordinating appointments and travel.
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
  • Handle correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases accurately.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
